Weekly Self-Rescue® Training

Students complete their training on an average of 6 weeks. Deposit of first and last weeks' lessons required to confirm your time slot. This is the entry and standard course that teaches children to save themselves in an aquatic emergency. Students who are not yet walking have a different type of Self Rescue® than a confidently walking child. Crawling children will learn to achieve their float and remain there until help arrives.
